Races

A long and prestigious racing history lies at the heart of AlfaCar’s legacy of experience and passion. Nurburgring, Mugello, Targa Florio, Vallelunga, and many other major racetracks, AlfaCar’s workshop was essential for racing and, in some cases, winning, always with Alfa Romeo.
Driving in front of a large crowd is always exciting; the public’s enthusiasm is not only felt by those drivers with a good start or loud, powerful cars, but also those who bring “unexpected” cars to the track to challenge better known models.
This enthusiasm is also felt by those who work behind the scenes, that team of mechanics always ready to solve any and every problem. Have the car’s gears been damaged in trials? Then a differential must be found and mounted in less than 24 hours. Does the engine need more power? Then time to go underneath the car to work on the shaft, rods, and pistons, expand the radiator, and reprofile the camshaft. Does the car understeer on curves? Is the setup too stiff? The springs must be loosened or settings adjusted...
When you do this job for thirty years, you get to know these cars right down to the smallest details and repair becomes almost second nature.
Today, we put this experience to work for everyone who loves Alfa Romeo cars.
